TJ Sport Returns and Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Non-sale item or gift card. All Sale Items are FINAL SALE. This includes our Semi-Annual Sale. Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  • Initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, returns may not be accepted except for product defects covered under warranty.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required for all returns.
  • Please note that we cannot accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers (golf shops, specialty e-commerce stores, or specialty retail stores).
  • To initiate a return or exchange, a valid receipt or order number is required. Without this documentation, we regret that we cannot process your request.

Final Sale on Apparel Purchased at Events:

  • All apparel purchased at events organized by TJ Sport are considered final sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items.

Refund Abuse Policy:

  • TJ Sport reserves the right to refuse returns or impose restocking fees if items show signs of use, damage, or alteration from their original condition.
  • *Excessive or habitual returns may result in suspension or restriction of return privileges, account closure, or refusal of future purchases or returns.

*Excessive returns are defined as when 80% or more of the customer's order history consists of returns.

Return Process:

  1. If your item meets the return requirements, you can initiate the return process by logging into your account here (fastest option) or by contacting our customer support team at to obtain a return label. Please note that our customer care team is unavailable on the weekends and will respond within 24 hours during the week.
  2. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, if approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method right away.
  4. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchange Process:

Initiate the return process for the original item by following the steps and requirements above for our Return Process.

Once the return process for the original item is initiated, you have the option to:

  1. Purchase the item you wish to exchange for immediately. You can do this by placing a new order on our website.
  2. Wait until you receive your refund for the returned item before purchasing the exchange item.
  3. Upon receiving the returned item, we will process your return and issue a refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  4. After the return is processed, if you have not already purchased the exchange item, you can proceed to do so at your convenience.
