RETURNS

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from third-party retailers (golf shops, specialty e-commerce stores, or specialty retail stores).

All Sale Items are FINAL SALE.  This includes our Semi Annual Sale.

Return items cannot be washed, worn, or altered.

Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund or exchange.

The refund less shipping and handling of $9.95 will be applied to the original method of payment.

Start your return online by logging into your account here. (You do not need an an account set up prior to the return process.)

Please note: using the return shipping label that is generated will not incur return postage fees for returns for store credit but will incur the $9.95 fee deducted from your original purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We kindly ask that you allow up to ten business days for your return to be processed. Once your return has been completed, you will be notified via email.

EXCHANGES

Any item that needs to be exchanged must be completed in a separate order.

Please note that any items purchased from tjgolfusa.com can not be exchanged from any third-party retailers (golf shops, specialty e-commerce stores, or specialty retail stores).

Start the return process (as mentioned above) and we will get a return label sent over to you to get the item requested for exchange sent back. 

The refund less shipping and handling of $9.95 will be applied to the original method of payment.
